I came into the school and had a brief conversation with one of the school directors. It literally lasted seven minutes from the time I walked in there until the time I walked back out. I felt comfortable answering the questions that were being asked , but left feeling like the director thought she was wasting her time interviewing me.

Received an email from the executive director with a list of questions(general questions such as experience, hours, availability, expected pay. At the end, your philosophy). After submitting my answers received another email to schedule an interview. Communication was on a very professional and respectful level.
