I replied to the ad on Indeed for the position and heard, within a few days, from Goddard via email. I interviewed via Zoom though heard through the grapevine that a lot of interviews were conducted in-person.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.
you go into two classrooms and interact with the kids. you stay for about 10 minutes in each room, then fill out paperwork after. they called about a week later.
