The human resources "professional" that I spoke with was everything BUT professional. He insisted that he give me some constructive criticism, that I didn't ask for - saying my resume is vanilla (whatever that means) and that he almost skipped over it because he didn't like it LOL. How is that constructive? He asked a few questions about my past experience (in a very nonchalant, flippant manner) and didn't give me much insight into the role's responsibilities...all after he decided to mock me and how I was wording my experience to him - repeating my words back to me like a parrot. Stay far away from this place - terrible interview...terrible company.
