I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Goddard School (Independence, OH) in Jun 2024
Interview
Very easy, I had one interview and was hired. Then comes the task of getting finger prints, background check, drug test and physical exam. The interview took about 30 minutes and part of that was in a classroom.
The interview was simple and I felt at ease. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. I think the vibe and environment of the place was very warming and welcoming.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Goddard School (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2026
Interview
The one on one interview was straightforward, making the overall experience comfortable and laidback. All of my questions were answered and the director was very polite and knowledgeable. Only downside is I wished I would have known during the interview that your hours are subject to be reduced without notice.
