Met with the owner and his lead hand discuss my experience and years of knowledge and if I was reliable,what areas I think were my strong parts which I told them. I was also relaxed going in based on other interviews had a though of how I was going to answer they made me feel calm and at ease lot of questions in the area in what I was applying for.They did try a couple of trick questions but I was prepared.
