The Guidance Center interview questions

Typical interview process. Short phone interview, then an in-person. I interviewed as a therapist with the adult and family program but declined. There was a certain tense atmosphere to it, but the director with whom I interviewed, had zero personality and acted like a tool. I've heard many stories of how things are there since then and I'm so glad I didn't take the offer because its worked out better for me in the long run.

there were three levels of interview, one with COO, one with four people and the last one with COO and CEO. the interviews lasted for about one hour each for each session.
