The interview was succinct and laid back. I was super nervous during the interview, but it's only because I really wanted the position. My nerves were unnecessary because the interview was so chill and fun! Just be prepared to show examples of how you've gone above and beyond for customers in past customer support roles. Remember this is your chance to shine and show your value! If you've worked remotely in the past, this is a huge plus!
