Submit my profile through site and got a call within 3 days to setup a telephonic interview with panel of 3 people. It was fully technical all related to my past experience. After 2 days recruiter call and ask for in-person interview, it was a good experience everything looks so positive. Again panel of 3 people they ask some generic questions as well as technical questions but all related to my past experience only. For me it was 200 % sure that they are interested on me. Thr was nothing they ask and i didnot reply, it was all good and i replied every question correctly. After a week recruiter mailed me they they are going with some other candidate. I dont know what i did wrong...if they have concern about my experience time they should not allow me for in-person interview... Overall it was a good experience with in-person interview but little disappointment about their response.
