I just had HR Screen. He asked few common questions such as why are you leaving current company? etc. And then, he asked me about my current salary.
I told him that your company is the first one who asked my current salary...ridiculous...
I guess Haskell tried to just match the current salary or just little over 5k.. and then I asked him what is the salary range for the position.
He said -$5k~my current salary~+$5k....
First, I was contacted via email and then we set up an appointment for a phone interview. The recruiter ask me some questions about school and the described what the role was. It was about a 15 min interview

One on one interview. Applied online and they invited via email for the interview. Very laid back. Not sure what they were trying to look for from me. Free surfing, free food, accommodation is awesome and never pressures employee. Tools comes in handy.
