Very lengthy. 4 interviews and only 2 of those people are on your team. The other two are from cross functioning teams. All of this to make sure you’re a good fit for the people you will work with. The issue is, this is (4) hour long interviews. Very time consuming and after months of these interviews with candidates they didn’t fill the position.
