I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Ithaca, NY)
Interview
Great process. Very simple. Hersheys is a big food company so they asked the typical information based questions and were not crazy specific to the job. The interviewer and I sat across a table and I walked them through my resume and they asked how did you overcome challenges.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2014
Interview
Fairly easy, was referred by an employee. I applied online and got an email from HR. Had a brief conversation with HR. Next was a phone screen with management; after you'd get invited for an in person interview. Got a tour around the office, and was interviewed by two people. The overall manager of the team, and the person whom was going to be my supervisor. They touch one your skills, what you know about the company, and why you want to work there. Overall, very pleasant experience. I get really nervous for interviews, however, they made me feel super comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Hershey!
