I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Hershey, PA) in Oct 2017

Interview

Met recruiter on campus had on campus interview followed by on site interview a couple weeks later. Went well, lots of behavioral analysis questions. Wasn't too intense and interviewed by multiple high level people. Offer and pays good, they provide relocation stipend. Overall good experience. Background check, urine drug screen, and pre-employement questionnaire required.
