Interview
I met them at my school's career fair and set up an interview for the next day. The first interview was mostly STAR based questions to gauge my response to certain scenarios. The second step was a ride-along with an Retail Sales Associate to see the job first hand. Finally I interviewed with the district coordinator over Skype.
