Initial interview was a 20 minute phone screen by HR. Second interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager that lasted about 45 minutes. Brought onsite for an interview, which lasted 3 hours with three separate groups of two people. Onsite interview was pretty relaxed, but no tour was offered. Mix of behavior based questions and questions about past experience.
