Applied for a RSR position, didn't use a cover letter, received emails/calls asking to set up a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was great but it was blatantly obvious that the HR person was going down a list and just trying to get through the interview like a robot. I was repeatedly asked about relocation, which confuses me as to why they would spend extra money placing me in the exact same position elsewhere, rather than in the initial position that I applied for, which was my hometown. At the end I was told it went great and would hear within the week if I was moved onto the next round. I was, and was scheduled for a lovely 8AM phone interview with the DSM. This interview was more in-depth, about 45 minutes, and the interviewer was very nice and personable. Found out a few days later that I made it to the 3rd round, and am now currently waiting to meet with another DSM for an on-site interview in the next few weeks.
