I was recruited at a college career fair the semester before graduation. I had an on campus interview with behavioral questions. I then had a field interview with a rep in the area to get a feel for what the job is like. They prefer high energy all day and judge how interested you are in the position by the questions you ask. The final interview was with the Area Sales Director. Very brief and just to see if I was a cultural fit. The first interviews were most important to get the role because the first interviewer wanted to hire me and he has final decision.
