Interview
I had a phone interview, and then two weeks later got a call back for a second in person interview. I was interviewed by 3 people, first by the Senior manager, and then by two other people within the position, it took around 45mins per interview. After not hearing back for weeks, I finally got a third interview with the director of Supply Chain and talked for around 45mins. Was told I would hear back within a week, but I never heard back from them and even sent an email for a follow up which I also never heard back from. Then 3 months later, I finally got the most generic rejection email.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Hershey Company in May 2019
Interview
It seemed as if a third party was conducting the phone interview. The representative was in a VERY big rush to get all the questions asked, yet she couldn't keep up or comprehend my answers. They also had the wrong resume in my file and referred to the incorrect resume more than once. I feel if I got to interview with a Hershey HR representative my skill set could of been represented a lot more appropriately.
