I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2018
Interview
I went through two phone interviews with Hershey and was then asked back for a "field day interview" where I was supposed to meet with someone who was currently in the position that I applied for and shadow them for a day. I showed up for the field day interview and no one was there to meet me. After I made a phone call to verify that we were still meeting, I found out that Hershey had already filled the position two weeks prior and "forgot" to inform me that they wanted to cancel my in person interview. Overall experience was disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend working for a company that is unorganized, inconsiderate, and does not plan accordingly.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to build a work relationship with someone you did not know at the time, but knew that you would have to work with in the future.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Houston, TX)
Interview
The first step was an in person interview
with HR and the hiring manager. You also did a ride along with one of their Sales Reps to see if the position would actually be a good fit for you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The rep evaluates you and advises management if you should move forward in the interview process, etc. Not certain if the process has changed.
I had multiple virtual interviews with friendly employees. After those, I had a field interview where I shadowed an employee in the role I had applied for. That is when I realized the job wasn't for me, though the employee I shadowed seemed to really enjoy his job. The interview process wasn't overly drawn out, it was straight forward, and I have no complaints.
