I was contacted via linked in by a recruiter. I was then set up for a phone screening interview. The interview was weird as it was conducted by a third party service. I was then given a candidate care team phone number for followup and told I would have an update within 2 weeks. After three and a half months, multiple calls to the CCT with no status change or update (you are still under consideration and no further info is required), multiple UNRETURNED voicemails to the HR manager for the position, and finally a third linked in message to the initial recruiter I called the CCT one last time and they FINALLY updated my status to let me know they would be passing. Unacceptable treatment of a candidate on my opinion.
