I applied online. I interviewed at The Hershey Company
Interview
This interview was a online face-to-face interview that consisted of going through my resume followed by behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. There was no test needed to be taken prior to the interview.
Zoom interview for first round and then a field day. It was not too hard pretty simple just have to show that you are genuinely interested in the role and you think it is a good fit for you.
Very intense interview process, full day of walking the stores, learning to stock shelves. Did not live up to the job description. I assumed it would be a more technical position, but after this "interview day" it seemed to just be a physical, stocking shelves type of role.
