Interview
Initial communication was phone interview, followed by in-person panel interview. I was given a very detailed history of the company by engaged managers. Their enthusiasm was contagious. Was impressed by the professionalism of the interview team.

What was the last book you read. It wasn't that difficult, but I wasn't sure if an "entertainment" book would be helpful or harmful. I stuck with the last book I read on employee recognition, which was 101 Ways to Reward Employees.
