I applied on Indeed didn't hear anything for a couple weeks then reached out to a recruiter who set up a phone screen. Right from the beginning the screener didn't even know where the position was located, then asked basic to more role based questions. She couldn't answer any of my questions and said the recruiter would answer them later(never did). I checked all the boxes in the job description and felt like I gave good answers to her questions. A week in half later the auto rejection email came. I had found out after all that they hired an internal candidate. I also found out that if I wanted to even be considered for a category analyst I would have to start out in the field doing retail sales. In which I have already worked in the field for 5 years! So big waste of time , Stay away if you take your career serious cause they wont
