Interview
An in person interview and an on site interview with a rep. The in person was very normal but the on site was very confusing as to whether it was another interview or more of an introduction to the job as no questions were asked. The guy said he was just filling in and wasn’t sure what to do while I was there. Unprofessional towards the end as I emailed for further steps and they never replied. They asked me to give answers in “SWOT format”
