Easy test first. If your score is what they claim to be acceptable, then drug and background screening. Only inconvenient is that there are a couple outsourced companies so communications get confusing.

Great. Nicest people and easiest questions. They are very nice and treat you with respect as soon as you walk through the door. Very fun place to work as well.
