Interview
I am actually (hopefully) still in the interview process. But if someone is looking into this job, I would like to tell my experience. There was a 20 min HR phone screen then a month later a 1hr phone interview with the hiring manager. Mostly situational type questions. I was told there would be another in person interview with the hiring manager, then one with his supervisor, a field day, and then another interview. The second interview was rather difficult. There were three parts, 1) Education info 2.)Work Experience 3.) Situational questions. From the description I recieved it would be a great place to work, but I think the interview process is very rigorious. I prepared as much as possible beforehand, but still unsure of how I did. Make sure to have as many detailed exams about your work experience as possible.

Name a time that you had to negotiate with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?

Interview
The first step was an in person interview
with HR and the hiring manager. You also did a ride along with one of their Sales Reps to see if the position would actually be a good fit for you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The rep evaluates you and advises management if you should move forward in the interview process, etc. Not certain if the process has changed.
I had multiple virtual interviews with friendly employees. After those, I had a field interview where I shadowed an employee in the role I had applied for. That is when I realized the job wasn't for me, though the employee I shadowed seemed to really enjoy his job. The interview process wasn't overly drawn out, it was straight forward, and I have no complaints.
