Initial Interview with HR has opportunities for improvement. Felt like a checklist and obnoxiously loud typing in the background, it gets distracting. No real personal connection at this phase and its a crucial part as they write notes and send it to the hiring manager for review. Interviewed for 3 positions at Hershey and all the same experience with the 1st HR call. I don't know if its 3rd party or not but its definitely a disappoint for a company like Hershey. Maybe next time.
