Interview was basic, nothing too crazy. I met for a 1 on 1 interview for about an hour as we went through my past jobs/internships. Talked about what to expect within this internship, how long it would last for and how much I would get paid. An hour later I received a phone call saying I got the internship.

Interview
The interview process took around 2 months. I received general information at a campus career fair. The first step in the interview process was a video interview in which you are prompted with questions and you record yourself answering them. Someone then reviews your video and you will then be called back for an on-site shadowing. You shadow someone who is doing the job that you are applying for. You then move on to a formal interview with two people and are asked primarily behavioral questions.
