It was one round of behavioral, and a field interview. It was not a tricky one, but more to get to know what and how your work ethics are. The field interview part was interesting as you really get to see what the actual employees are dealing with.

Met with a recruiter on campus, had an interview the next day. The next round was a field day interview where you go out with a TSL and they show you what they do.

Zoom interview, then in person at Walmart to shadow. The in person is a group shadow. It was very straight forward and easy. It was very informative and low pressure.
