The HR department emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The purpose of this interview was to talk to their HR department for the purpose of initial screening. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with the schedule and did not call me. Then, I contacted their HR department (their phone number is included in their first interview email) and asked why they hadn't contacted me. HR responded, "Incorrect scheduling". They then scheduled another interview with another HR representative. I was called at the right time and date by HR this time. Next day, HR emailed me for the next step interview and scheduled another interview with the hiring manager. Again, the hiring manager didn't even show up for the online interview. After that, I asked HR again, why was the hiring manager not present? HR said they would check it out, but they never contacted me. I received a letter rejecting my job application the next day.
