"Why Hershey"; "Tell me about yourself"; "Why are you looking to leave your current company". 2 rounds of panel interviews with team and management. May be longer for other positions. Overall positive experience, interviewers all very engaged, like their manager and Hershey. Panel interviews focused mostly on behavioral questions answered in SOAR format. Some questions about job history/background. HR will give you a prep document before interviews of what to expect- USE IT.
