Applied online through their Success Factors portal received an email shortly after from HR for an initial screening. Initial screening went well, HR was great during the process. A week or so later I was asked to do a video interview through a video application that asks questions and records your answers. The questions were not technical, more personal about experiences. The last question was, "What's your favorite chocolate?". A few days later I had a technical interview with a member of IS. The questions were general knowledge and based upon skills on your resume. The two gentleman conducting the interview answered all my questions at the end. The experience went very smoothly. A month later I received a call and a offer that included a relocation package. The HR paperwork is done through a easy to use application and was able to complete it with no issues. Everyone I encountered was very great, huge Hershey pride.
