Too much back round noise with the interviewer and it made it impossible to hear and concentrate.. They asked question again even though they said I already answered it. I have my reasons for leaving previous jobs and my most recent, I was let go. They never asked me as to why and I didn’t get a chance to explain. I’ve worked for huge companies, Kellogg’s and Mattel and the process with Hersheys is ridiculous. Didn’t get any emails or communication after interview for 3 weeks.

Interview
Online application, zoom interview, in person on boarding. The process was low pressure and everyone was friendly. The interview asked about sales experience and past work history. They were descriptive about what the job entailed, as well.
