Processo seletivo desagradável com questionamentos invasivos e que encurralam o candidato. O processo seletivo foi terceirizado e a empresa que conduziu foi a Inter Hunter, porém isso não desonera a responsabilidade da empresa Hershey's pelo processo seletivo, e eu me senti moralmente assediada com questionamentos extremamente invasivos. Esse tipo de questionamento sobre vida pessoal, principalmente de candidatas mulheres, só demonstra qual é o grupo que é mais sucestível a não ser inserido na sociedade por essa empresa. Se é uma empresa inclusiva, esses questionamentos deveriam ser proibidos, porque não é mais cabível na sociedade atual, as perguntas precisam e devem focar somente no que diz respeito a vida profissional do candidato.

Conversational, detailed. Interviewer asked more on contribution basis, together with achievement. Process was long, than the usual average time. It could have been more efficient. Overall they were friendly in much ways
Was not able to have the interview. Recruiter never looked over my application to see that I would need a H1B visa and that my address and phone number was out of country. Waited a whole week for the interview only to be told that there was a misunderstanding. Super unprofessional.
