I had initial conversation during the school career fair. I believed it went well and I did their intitial interview few days later. I didn't hear back anything over a week. They told me they never know my application. I applied again based on the link they provided. The HR promised to proceed the interview after I filled the application. However, HR declined my application BEFORE I filled out the online application. I have firm evidence that they are racist and never actually hiring. Maybe it's just their KPI or they never trust me. I am considering reporting the company.

It was an on campus interview at my university, 1 on 1 with an associate regional sales leader. The interview was close to an hour long, and included standard questions as well as some info about the role. Overall great experience. I was moved forward to the next round of interviews.
