For the intern position, I was required to do a one sided video interview where they sent out a link and the interview was done through a third party. It lasted about forty minutes. The recording asked questions and I had three minutes to answer. All responses were recorded and they could be played back but not re-recorded. After this first wave, I had two phone interviews and then received an offer.
