If you do not know someone who can help from the inside, do not bother to apply through LinkedIn or on the Hershey career page. The process is so robotic, and cumbersome... notifications sent out in the middle of the night or on a weekend. A fragmented recruiting system, who is not even familiar with the jobs or large companies that potential candidates would be coming from. The entire process unperson able, lacks human touch, and there is no contact or number to check back on where the recruiters are on the job. I was told it would take 2 months to hire for a position which is ridiculous. Most candidates would of found another job by then. Hershey you can do better.
