easy - fill out ap , get 1st interview. if all goes well interview with store manager. Then they will let you know if you will be hired. They usually don't take long to decide.
It was very smooth. The manager was straightforward, told me what to expect, and asked some questions about previous experience and how well I work with others. Got a job offer right on the spot.
