The process is structured and takes little time to answer. There is not a lot to it, I feel that it could be more personal so that they have a better understanding of the individual and what they may bring to the table with experience.

There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. I thought it was a smooth process and ended up getting an offer. I would have accepted but ended up accepting at a different company.
Talked to manager, applied online. Did not get the position. I wish to reapply in a early future. They seems very nice and kind group of workers. I would definitely try again.
Had phone interview and then took an assessment. Got an email for an interview but no phone call. Got told position was filled even though the position is still posted.
