Submitted a resume based on an advertisement online. Got a call from a recruiter and did a short phone interview. A week or so later, I met the hiring manager in a casual location (he was in from out of town). We sat down and spoke for about 20 minutes and he offered me the job.

Interview
Was contacted by recruiting manager and hiring manager after submitting application online. Both were very positive and pleasant phone conversations. I was also co texted quickly…within days. At first we were discussing an hourly post Orion but after talking and reviewing my resume it was determined I could be a better fit for the salaried consultant position. I appreciated that!
