Recruiter contacted my university's employer relations office where they found my resume and contact information. I was sent an email about a summer internship opening and was asked to come in for an interview if I was interested. I had one interview with the team -- the manager I would be working for and his "number 2". This was supposed to be the "technical" interview but it was clear that the team wasn't technical at all and so the questions were very high-level. I had another directly afterwards with my manager's boss. This was the behavioral interview where I was asked to use the S.T.A.R. method to answer questions.
