Interview
Typically you will get a call from the store hr manager to schedule an interview with one of the store Assistant managers. They ask you about prior experience, whether you are willing to accept the base pay, why you want to work for the company. Typically they will call you back for a second interview before giving an oral drug test that takes about 5 minutes. after that they will make an offer and have you sign documents with the hr manager. once the paper work is filled they will schedule you for training and a few days to a few weeks worth of training

Online interview / pre-screening consisted of basic questions like: what's your experience with technology? When's a time you worked in a team? What's your availability? At the end, they say whether you are fit for an in person interview or not and they will set it up for you
Simple interview with the woman who ran the HR department at our store. Basic behavioral questions and then questions about my availability and work preferences. Overall the interview was very easy and was just there to screen for professional responses.
