Interview
There are two interviews. First is a phone screen, where they will ask you about your resume and basic technology questions . The second interview is in person. They had me do a paired programming exercise with a Lead Developer, and then a quick talk with the manager about non-tech things. Very, very easy and quick. The paired programming exercise was string manipulation.
