Non-existent. I was invited to come in for an in-person interview after completing an online application and answering questions. I scheduled interview and received 3 (THREE) emails reminding me of my appointment time. When I checked in at the special service desk, no one knew where to send me. The person I was supposed to interview with wasn't there- they had gone out for breakfast with the team! Ok- so wandered around the store with a HD employee who was asking other associates what to do with me. No one offered to call the manager. I sat in a back room for 1/2 hour, then left. This was a week ago and to date, no one even bothered to contact me to apologize or even reschedule. Rude and unprofessional. Waste of time.
