I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Recruiter was extremely responsive before both interviews. First was a phone screening conducted remotely online, which consisted of a half hour of behavioral questions. Second was for an hour-long on-site interview--first with the hiring manager and then with the director. Hiring manager asked technical questions while director asked much more in-depth technical and behavioral questions.

Proof of skills (leadership, teamwork, problem-solving)
How you behave under pressure
Whether you take ownership or just observe
You should have 4–5 solid stories prepared that you can adapt to different questions.
Me preguntaron sobre que he hecho en mi carrera, que me gusta y que se del puesto.
La entrevista tardó aproximadamente 40 minutos, fue rápida y no hubo una entrevista en inglés, por lo menos aquí en Monterrey.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Que me gusta hacer, que herramientas utilizo y que experiencia tengo con ellas.
Easy because I was able to navigate what questions would be asked of me before I was able to come back to it. It was a very interesting process. I greatly enjoyed going through it and would do it again.
