Met in person with the store manager, and did a one on one interview. He answered my questions and gave me a brief overview of the position. The store is close to home for me, so it's a great fit.

dual interview focused on previous leadership experience overall easy process as long as you can provide clear verbal feedback. one hour interview via zoom meeting was conducted on time zero delays.
