I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
It took a few months from when I originally applied to be contacted for an interview. However, once I was, everything was quite quick (as it was summer and the busiest time). I had two interviews with he HR associate, and on the second, he handed me the orientation booklet. A long wait for contact, but very quick interview process.
An in-person interview was conducted with a single manager who first started explaining his experience with the company and the possibilities available to grow within; then an explanation about the position and any addresses from there.
The interview questions were then conducted (approximately 5 questions) and were followed up with your interest in the company via your questions for the manager.
Personally, the interview was mostly about conversating with the interviewer and being nice/respectful to the individual. The manager did not seem to care about the answers given; if you do not have relevant experience, positivity and/or your ability to think on your feet with get you through. Also, my interviewer frowned upon my cliche answers to some (be genuine).

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
Average interview process and questions.. nothing too difficult. Asked to talk about previous experiences. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Seems as if they were hardly listening to what I was actually saying and just saying "ok" "gotcha" to majority of the things I said.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2019
Interview
It was very laid back and informal. The question were pretty routine. They asked which department that you thought that you were most suited for and your availability. They then contacted me by phone and email to confirm that I got the job.
