Completed an application online and received a phone call for a phone interview about a week later. They tell you immediately if you passed the telephone interview and if so, you are schedule for an in-person interview. It was the standard "tell me about a time you went above and beyond, how would you handle an irate customer" type of questions and I was hired on the spot.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
