While looking at the topic they asked you how you could make it better. First re-doing the End Caps that are not helping to the p[roduct. "how will you handle the associates on your team. I would have a one on one meeting with them to understand their objectives do I can observe if theyneed to be in that position,
Great process seems to be organized and coordinated. Overall a good process just low pay for what I was looking for. I worked at Lowe’s and it was much better.

Video call with the store manager and he was asking 5 questions and few questions were star method and he is more specific into previous job experience and all about your sit set for the job , also he explained about bush day and tough seasons
