HR contact them in person interview with hiring manager. We discussed the opportunity and then discussed my experience.
No trick questions, was an easy discussion.
It did appear that they were not hiring for a specific position but looking for an individual for a general placement.

There were four rounds of interviews which were a recruiter call, behavioral interview, case interview (the behavioral and case were in one call), FIT interview. The entire process lasted roughly 6 weeks in total.

I went in unprepared. I was currently employed and had just changed to a better position with my then current employer. The interview process was fair, I just put forth my normal effort to prepare for the interview. I wasn't excited to relocate to Atlanta.
