i took three interviews,first was 1 on 1 then a skills test then with mananger.he proceded with offer and position the had avaliable.he was very profecional explained what i had to do.the next three weeks was training in the store,safety cust service product knolege ect.
It seemed quite organized and professional. They had some questions and then I had some and we went back and forth a few times. Not that difficult but something you need to be focused on.

Very easy, simple process . Did 1 scheduled interview and had a long wait period to get offer… second round interview was easy and simple. I had a offer in 2 wks, overall process was 1 month long.

Short. Basic questions. Felt more like a standardized questionnaire. But much real interest in what I was interviewing for. They mentioned they prefer to hire within. I feel the offer was moderate and intention was to pull better qualified people, pay less and better positions are only offered from within.
